Pilates for Runners
Are you a runner?
Running is great exercise, but the repetitive motion is hard on the body. This 90 minute workshop will focus on exercises that can relieve pain and strengthen the hip, knee and ankle, as well as core strengthening to enhance performance.
Please wear clothes comfortable for exercising as well as socks.
Workshops will be held on Sunday, October 15th and Sunday October 22nd from 1-2:30pm. Minimum enrollment of 2 participants. Will cancel or reschedule if need be. Enroll for just one workshop or both.
