We offer Private Pilates training, utilizing reformer, tower, cadillac, chair, and barrels.
Some of our instructors are also certified Personal Trainers, and offer Personal Training incorporating Pilates principles, but also utilizing TRX, bodyweight exercises, medicine balls, tubing, and more.
