Who really enjoys the strength circuit at the gym? Instead of working your body one piece at a time, our Personal Fitness Training focuses on functional, total body training. Your trainer will take you through varied, challenging exercises using dumbbells, bars, tubing, the BOSU, stability ball, and more.
For a really great value, get together 2-5 friends for Small Group Fitness Training with a personal trainer. This service is priced per session, not per person, and it's most effective when all participants have somewhat similar goals.
